A Circle of Women History:
In 1991, our program began it's great adventure in serving its community. It served to support mothers with a history of substance abuse. The support included positive parenting while understanding your child's development and putting the child first.
Today, the same support continues. However, with the help of our newest program addition, sobriety maintenance and relapse prevention serivces by a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in 2007, we have come full circle.
A Circle of Women is offered by Tubman and funded by the State of Minnesota, Department of Human Services.
